- The Inner Narrative is personal and reflective writing, systems metaphors and psychological education. It is not clinical care.

If you subscribe, your details are used to manage your subscription, send The Inner Narrative emails, keep a record of consent, understand which newsletter people joined, and respond responsibly if you get in touch.
Newsletter content is based on Michael’s own writing, reflections and teaching themes. Subscriber information is not used as personal case material in public writing or newsletter content.
Your information is not sold. Access is limited to the services needed to operate the site, manage the list and send the newsletter. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in an email.
